THE AIR CONDITIONING! Well for Bob E. in Ocean City, that was exactly the case. He was renting out the first floor of his Ocean City Duplex, and the A/C decided to give out. That's when he called Comfort Now to figure out what the issue was, and have it fixed in time for the renters. 

Problem: The Air Conditioning Broke on the first floor of this Ocean City Duplex. Can't rent it out if the A/C is broken.

Solution: Get out there and quickly install a new A/C unit. Used a crane to install the unit on the roof of his house. 

Bob was thrilled to be able to have a new unit installed so quickly, and the renters were happy that they could stay in the house on the extremely hot week down the shore. Without the quick reaction by Bob to call us, and our technicians to get out there, he wouldn't have been able to rent the place out. This saved him the money he would have otherwise lost with an empty house on a prime weekend in the summer.
