Bob E. from Ocean City Calls Back for a Zoned System

Bob E. in Ocean City gave Comfort Now a call about cooling the second story of his duplex. He had used Comfort Now in the past for replacing the broken A/C in the first floor of his duplex, and to help get rid of the mold around his system in the past. 

This time Bob was concerned that the second story of hus duplex wan't being properly cooled in the summertime. When we came out and took a look at the system, we realized that the ductwork wasn't set up properly, and there was only 1 thermostat controlling 2 areas. One area, the back bedrooms, was properly cooled and comfortable. The second area, the living room and kitchen area, were not so cool.
