Purchasing a new home is always very exciting, but it often comes along with a lot of work. This can mean little odds and ends getting taken care of, or maybe bigger projects. When purchasing a home, you must have an inspection of all the components to make sure most importantly that your new home is safe, but also that it's functioning properly.

$200 Off A Carrier A/C Replacement

This Brigantine homeowner had just purchased a home, and naturally had everything inspected. After the inspector took a look around, it was clear that the Heating and Air Conditioning equipment were old, and in bad shape. He immediately told the new homeowner that the HVAC System, as well as the hot water heater needed to be replaced immediately. This kind of equipment can be very dangerous if it isn't working properly, so this was a very important matter to address.

We installed a Carrier Two-Stage Performance Series Natural Gas Furnace, and a Carrier 16 SEER Performance Series Condenser. We also installed a 50 Gallon Power Vent Hot Water Heater. Both the Furnace and Water Heater were Energy Star rated appliances meaning they were eligible for $6500.00 0% financing over 5 years ($108.00 a month) and a $700.00 rebate OR a $1200.00 rebate without the Financing.

A New Carrier Furnace is warming this Brigantine Home. The homeowner elected to go with the financing and the $700 Rebate. Now that they have the new equipment installed, they can expect to pay less than they would have on energy bills. Before the new equipment, it would have been roughly $300 a month to keep this home comfortable. Now with the new energy efficient equipment, it's only going to run about $200 a month. Not only does that make up for the monthly payment, but it will ensure this home is safe and comfortable for many years to come.

The reason these rebates and special financing are available is because of the energy these systems save compared to older ones. The government has instituted these programs to try and limit the energy consumption from state to state. The less energy used, the better it is for the environment, and your wallet!

This homeowner couldn't be happier with their new equipment, improved energy bills, and no longer having to worry about the dangers of old equipment in their home!
