When adding an addition to your home, making sure it gets the same heating and cooling as the rest of your home can be a challenge. Our homeowner in Egg Harbor Township added a beautiful new sunroom to their home, but they needed to make sure it was a comfortable as it was attractive.
A Mitsubishi Ductless Hyperheat system was a natural choice to make sure there was adequate heat in the winter and great air conditioning in the summer. Unlike many installations, this lovely two story home on Central Avenue didn’t have room for a traditional wall unit, so we suggested a floor mounted unit with a thin profile that worked well with the decor, while also maximizing comfort for the new addition.
Problem: New sunroom needed adequate heating and cooling, but did not have the space for a traditional wall-mounted unit.
Solution: Install a Mitsubishi Hyperheat heat pump system to provide year-round comfort, using a floor-mounted unit that works well while minimizing impact on the floor plan.
This new system will ensure that our homeowners in Egg Harbor will be able to maximize their use of the sunroom regardless of the time of year. The unit itself is floor mounted, demonstrating the versatility of units possible with HyperHeat to work with almost any room to provide that much needed comfort equally in summer or winter, without the need to add ductwork.
