Installing Ductless Units Into A Brigantine Home

Problem: Homeowner had only electric baseboard heat and window air conditioning units. He is getting older and wanted a more permanent, central, energy-efficient setup. However, the attic and crawlspace were not usable for ductwork.

Solution: Install an eight-zone Mitsubishi ductless cooling and heating system.

Replacing a Cooling, Heating, and Hot Water System in Ocean View

Problem: Homeowner wanted to replace a 25-year-old heating and cooling system with a cost-saving, energy-efficient one.

Solution: Replace a Carrier 80-percent AFUE system with Two-Stage, 95-percent AFUE Carrier Performance Series Natural Gas Furnace, a SEER Carrier Comfort Series outdoor condenser and Rinnai tankless water heater.

Problem: A multi-unit house had cooling issues on the third floor, where the kitchen, dining and living room are located.

Solution: Install Mitsubishi ductless panels as part of a kitchen renovation.

Problem: Old house with oil heat, but wants to add a cooling system. Also no room for ducts. 

Solution: Install a 3 zoned Mitsubishi Ductless system, with cooling and heating ability.

Problem: A thirty-year-old York condenser 80-percent gas furnace experienced a full system failure after having problems keeping up with freezing temperatures.

Solution: Installed a Carrier Condenser and Carrier Comfort Series 85-percent gas furnace.

Helping a Somers Point Homeowner Solve a "Quick-Fix" Mistake

Problem: The heat was going on and off all winter. Comfort Now initially replaced a thermocouple, but then the inducer motor broke.

Solution: Replace a York condenser and 80-percent gas furnace with a Carrier Condenser condenser and Comfort Series 85-percent gas furnace.

Emergency Heat For An Ocean City Duplex

Problem: The 20-year-old 3-Phase York 8-SEER heat pump had failed in an Ocean City duplex. As a result, the system switched to emergency heat, drastically increasing utility bills.

Solution: Replace the old heat pump with a new Carrier Infinity Series 16-SEER Coastal Heat Pump system with increased efficiency and additional protections from corrosion, important to extend the life of systems in coastal communities.

Switching From Electric to Gas Heat In Cape May

Problem: Electric baseboard heating was costing more in the winter months than the homeowner wanted to pay.

Solution: Convert the house to a natural gas heating and cooling system and install ductless panels.

Replacing a 15 Year Air Conditioning System in Ocean City

Problem: A 15-year-old Heil air conditioning system was no longer properly cooling a summer rental duplex.

Solution: Replace old system with new Carrier Coastal heating and cooling system. Add ductless panels to existing electric baseboard heaters.

Using a Ductless System to Replace an Old Corroded Air Conditioner In Ocean City

Problem: An older ductless unit with an outdoor component was badly corroded and wasn’t able to keep the area cool enough anymore.

Solution: Install Mitsubishi ductless cooling and heating units inside the home.
